• A device capable of making and receiving video calls, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer with a webcam and microphone
• A stable, reliable internet connection
• The Chrome, Firefox, or Safari web browser on the device you wish to use (all can be downloaded for free, if needed)
• A private, quiet, and well-lit location to take the call

We also encourage you to have a trusted family member or friend present for the appointment. They can work as your “cameraperson” if necessary, or help take notes.
